DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

This Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”) has been established electronically between the Seller and the Buyer , whose information is given below, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, with the following conditions.

SUBJECT

This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's [Fill in here] website.

DELIVERY AND RETURN CONDITIONS

3.1. Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer at the time of ordering.
3.2. Ordered product(s) will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days , depending on stock availability.
3.3. The product must be checked upon delivery, and damaged or opened packages must not be accepted.
3.4. The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product.
3.5. The product to be returned must be unused and in its original packaging.
3.6. For returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal , the shipping costs belong to the buyer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

4.1. The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
4.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller via e-mail or in writing within this period.
4.3. For hygiene reasons, returns of earrings and similar jewelry products are not accepted once the packaging has been opened.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Seller's place of residence are competent.

FORCE

By electronically confirming this agreement online, the Buyer declares acceptance of all terms and conditions. The agreement enters into force upon completion of the order.
